The tie was garbage! I took a picture to show how poorly the tie laid and sought a refund and no one responded. I feel like their help line/ customer service is a sham. Can you help with some recourse.

Wildly disappointing…!

I am wildly disappointed by the product I received but, more important, I am angry that the website is very clearly designed to discourage any kind of customer communication, let alone satisfaction. I reached out with a request to return my product, providing clear reasons for my dissatisfaction along with a photo demonstrating the issue, and I have not heard back. Now in addition to not getting want I need (and deserve), I am angered by MyTieShop’s blatant customer abuse reflecting the quality of the company and certainly triggering my own conviction to not return to the site. On a scale out 1-5, MyTieShop is a zero!
